This bus is located in Vernon BC, which is about 850km away from us - not to mention a really nice drive!
It doesn't exactly meet our specifications, but it meets the important ones:
It is in top-notch running condition, (currently a commercial vehicle so meets all the rigorous CVSE regulations), it has a back door, its large (12 window) 40ft, Air Brakes, bluebird body, and "affordable" more than we want to pay, but at the same time reasonable (and I am cheap LOL).
Its a dog nose, runs on propane, 1987, standard transmission, Chev Engine.
